Question / Help Where can I find the H.265 Encoder to use for OBS Studio?

Been looking around a lot, can't seem to find the H.265 encoder, if anyone could help me that would be great, also if there is any setup steps I need to do that would be great too. THank you.

The underlying protocols used for streaming do NOT allow h.265 encoders and would require MAJOR re-working of streaming infrastructure to add support.

erm, i have an amd card, probably why i cant use h.265 as its not supported!

Not all AMD cards support it.
