The last OBS version I use was 29.0.13. and it's worked for me really well. I tried version 32 to see what's new but there seems to be... fewer options for rate control?
In 29.0.13. the options were CBR, VBR, VCM, CQP, AVBR, ICQ, LA_ICQ, LA_CBR and LA_VBR. For recording I often use LA_ICQ at 25 (1080p 60fps).
In the latest version there seems to be only four... CBR, VBR, CQP and ICQ. Where did the rest go?
