Question / Help where are hotkeys stored in obs studio

If you go under settings hotkeys it gives available functions you can assign hotkeys to. Which file are these hotkeys actually stored in within the programs file folder? What file stores this information? Can the hotkeys be modified by manually editing this file? The reason I ask is I am blind and my screen reading software does not read the menu under settings hotkeys in full. It will not read the available actions to which hotkeys can be assigned.

Hello Harold. Because I'm blind and my screen reading software does not work correctly all the time. Did you have an answer to my question or were you just wasting time at 1 o'clock in the morning
