Question / Help Whenever I try to record There's an error and OBS closes

Basically I'm trying to record stuff so I can post Let's Play videos.. And well I keep getting an error and the whole program closes.
I took my name out of the file thing at the bottom... And no matter how hard I look through my computer I can't find the file it mentions.

Select x264 instead of QSV for your encoder. x264 is the default.
