Question / Help Whenever I stream on Twitch it gets really glitchy, how do I fix this?

Could I please get help fixing my stream quality, whenever I stream it gets really laggy and glitchy and I don't really know how to fix it. I have a video that I watched that gave all of the start up settings to OBS, although I think he has very good Wi-Fi and computer.

My computer has:
processor - intel core i5-7600K, 3.80GHz 3.79GHz
RAM - 16GB
System type - 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

So could anybody help me with fixing my setting or just in general?
