Whenever I stream it is showing as really pixelated and is lagging for no reason

So I stream Minecraft, it's at 120 FPS and is completely clear with no lag on my side. When I look over to where I have my chat pulled up (It's pulled up on my tablet on a safari tab) whenever I move or whenever something on screen moves it progressively gets more and more pixelated to the point where it looks really low quality. In today's stream, it also started to lag and skip frames for no reason, my Frames Missed Due To Rendering Lag is around .04%-.40% if I'm correct, and my Skipped Frames Due to Encoding lag is at zero.

You don't have any serious problems in your log file. Poor quality due to low bitrate, increase it to 6000 kbps. Give OBS admin rights and don't let the video card load up to 100%.
