Whenever I stream I have FPS drops

Hello everyone, I have a problem and I would like to find a solution, because I do not know what to do.

I usually stream VALORANT and I always notice some inputlag (minimum) and less FPS than I normally have, I do not know what the problem can be, please someone help me.

but my main monitor is 165Hz

Yeah, I get it. I have a 360Hz monitor but when I'm using OBS, it's set @ 60Hz.

Encoding settings look good.

So I would have to play VALORANT at 60fps?

To start, see if you can get it running smoothly @ 60 & then try to increase it to 120.

Nvidia Control Panel Settings can be causing issues too. Use Fixed Monitor Technology, v-sync fast/on, triple buffering on.

I have been testing and I have come to the conclusion that if I don't have the sources (chat, statistics) in OBS and if I keep it minimized instead of in foreground on my second monitor, I gain some more performance.

Why the weird re-scale?

GPU is near maxed out, anything you do to reduce the load will result in some gains.
