Whenever I stream I have FPS drops

Cap game @ 60FPS, set monitor to 60Hz.

but my main monitor is 165Hz

I think I've put the configuration right, could you look at it? ty

To start, see if you can get it running smoothly @ 60 & then try to increase it to 120.

Nvidia Control Panel Settings can be causing issues too. Use Fixed Monitor Technology, v-sync fast/on, triple buffering on.

I have been testing and I have come to the conclusion that if I don't have the sources (chat, statistics) in OBS and if I keep it minimized instead of in foreground on my second monitor, I gain some more performance.
