Bug Report Whenever I open my OBS Studio My whole computers lags because of it.

I open OBS and as soon as it loads, it lags my computer. Can anyone help? I added a video to help explain it :P

Open the OBS preferences by pressing Command-, (comma) and go the streaming and/or recording settings. Make sure the encoder has been set to Apple VT H264 Hardware Encoder (or whatever it's called on your system) and not software encoder. This make a huge difference.
