Question / Help when trying to re-install obs studio, it says i have it open

when i am running the installation program, it says i have obs studio already open and so it closes. ive tried running it many times, and deleting other plugins that i had installed for obs. please help! thanks!

If the installer says it's open, it's open.
Check task manager.

task manager has nothing open but task manager when i look at it

I think he opened task manager, then clicked on "Show details", found the necessary task, and ended it.
