Bug Report When things load it makes sound stutter

... holy shit I just found the problem. I was configuring my webcam and apparently if the resolution is to high it messes up my sound.... now I can use obs OMAHGAWD!

Lol this actually solved my problem, after tinkering for days :D

Maybe wanna push this up though, maybe Jim can fix it? Or is it a webcam related problem?

It's probably a USB webcam / driver problem. USB was not meant to handle 1080p resolutions.

Somebody should tell Logitech with their 1080p C920 Camera xD

Would USB 3.0 solve the issue or make it worse?

The c920 records 1080p video with a built-in h264 encoder.

This isn't logitech's fault, I think this is just some system/motherboard issue that can cause sound issues when webcams are active or activating, it seems to vary from system to system.
