Question / Help When streaming to facebook, obs disconnects and reconnects simultaneously

I get this when i click start streaming and it started doing this recently I've streamed a few times with the same settings and nothing happened it just keeps doing this now, I don't want to uninstall it and have to sync everything back up. I can't even use obs when it's doing this i have to end task completely through task manager
