Bug Report When streaming, to activate a camera, a transition to a slide is mandatory

Having more than one webcam, when I switch from a cam to another one, during the streaming, the selected camera is not activated at all.
To be able to activate it, I need first to switch to a slide (no matter the content) then to switch to the camera I wanted .. then it's activated.

When OBS is not streaming, this passage is not necessary and the cameras are switched and activated correctly
