Question / Help When streaming PC gameplay is this possible?

So if I want to stream csgo, I need to play in fullscreen window.
But what if I don't want to play on fullscreen, but I still want to stream.

Is there any possibility for that ?

yes, just use software capture(window mode) or use game capture.

When I do this, I still get it full screen (on stream & screen).
Is there a way I get the black lines ?
(When you go to CSGO streams you see people with the black lines and it looks good)

If I play on lower then 1080p it is kinda streched (you know what that means for the quality)

i believe those black lines are from streaming at a resolution that doesnt have the same aspect ratio as your monitor's native resolution

But 1280x1024 is 4:3
and my screen is 1080p which is 16:9

and dont get any lines

so then set your original resolution to 1920x1080 and scale it down in OBS
