Question / Help When streaming on twitch stuck at "loading Video"

As the Titlte already says whenever i Stream and lookat it "MYSELF" im stuck at loading video this problem occurs for some but not all of my friends too.

(local recording looks fine past Broadcasts on twitch are looking fine too)

the only thing i see is probelmatic is that i have a really long time to connect to twitch servers (around 800 ms) while the obs ping check plugin and the jtvapp shows me really low pings i checked like all servers with usable ping :/

It's just Twitch being crap as usual. You have zero dropped frames, so your connection is 100% fine.

i know i have 0 dropped frames the thing is is there 0 way on my side to fix this and i'm dommed with no stream forever? ^^ i have this problem everyday of the week

Hmm well do you have any QoS rules setup? Your router might be prioritizing your outbound stream so when you want to watch it, it starts to choke. Other than that, your stream is working 100% - Twitch, not so much.

Now if you are talking about recorded streams that you wanna watch in Twitch as vod - You can use http://www.twitchtools.com/video-download.php to download them. That will also give you an indication of how fast you can down "stream" them.
