When shooting with a webcam, there is an endless "Stop recording..."

Hello, just yesterday a strange problem started, if you record video via OBS from all sources except the webcam, everything works fine, I can stop and continue recording without any problems, but if I turn on the webcam source, the inscription "Stop recording ..." will work indefinitely. If I select "Fragmented mp4" in the settings and force close "obs-ffmpeg-mux.exe " the message "Recording saved" will appear in the task manager in OBS, and the video can be viewed. I tried to completely uninstall and reinstall OBS, including a complete reinstall of the video driver, but it didn't help. I can't understand why the OBS conflicts with my webcam, my Logitech 4K Brio webcam model. The problem arose after completely reinstalling OBS, because I had a lot of plugins and it took a very long time to download, I decided to make it "clean", but now I have this problem, please help me fix it.

I noticed something, after the last update of the Logi Tune program from the end of June 2025, OBS began to conflict with the Logitech webcam and the "LogiSyncStub service", if you close it in the task manager, then you can successfully stop recording. This is very strange and unusual, but most likely this is a problem on the Logitech side, there was no such thing in the previous version of the program. Since the program allows you to save the webcam settings, it is necessary so that the settings are not reset and you do not have to constantly configure the webcam again after each logout or computer shutdown. It turns out that there are several options, the first is to delete Logi Tune, the second is to try to install the previous stable version of the program and hope that everything will work.

And this service "LogiTuneUpdaterService" was primarily to blame for everything, I do not know how it can be related to this problem, but the fact remains. Without these services, the Logi Tune application does not want to function normally, However, you can record videos with a webcam without any problems.

It is indeed the recommended fix for the "stopping recording" issue to deinstall the Logitune software.
Is this problem due to some kind of service incompatibility? I managed to fix this issue by installing Logi Tune 3.9.168.0, which is the previous stable version until the last update.

There are few threads on the forum with similar reports, so 'yes':

Thank you very much! I see that this problem is on the Logi Tune side and the developers are trying to fix it, but it is very strange that they have never had such problems before.
