Question / Help When recording the audio is pitched up and constantly speeds up/slows down

I use a capture card and OBS to record my switch gameplay. When recording the audio is constantly pitched up and isn't consistent with the video

I forgot to mention that I confirmed it was an issue with OBS and not the capture card because when I plugged my headphones directly into the capture card the audio sounded fine
