Question / Help When recording some games OBS lags a lot

So, I haven't really been using OBS to record for that long, and I have came across an issue. So when recording a game like Life Is Strange, it's completely fine and stays at a steady 60fps, but when recently trying to record Outlast, the game is completely fine and runs very smoothly, but looking at OBS on my second monitor, the FPS drops down to 5-20fps and is very very laggy. That message about CPU usage also pops up. So what in my settings is wrong? I'll provide screenshots of my settings and my PC parts bellow. (and the log of the attempted recording)

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690
GPU: GeForce GTX 760
RAM: 8GB 1333Mhz

Update to v0.658 to fix game capture performance on Windows 10.
If you have updated to the "Anniversary Update" already, you have to use OBS Studio for it to work again.
