When Recording OBS Freezes

Hello, when I record 2 or 3 10 second videos and when I press the Start Record button to start recording a new video, the button stays white and nothing happens and when I go to change some options, it doesn't matter which ones OBS freezes and have to to stop the program from the task manager. If I stop the program from "X" and start it again, it says "OBS is already running! Unless you meant to do this, please shut down any existing instances of OBS before trying to run a new instance.If you have OBS set to minimize to the system tray, please check to see if it's still running there. And when I start OBS, after I close it from the task manager, I can record 2-3 videos and the same thing happens every time. I've tryed the lowest settings possible for recording same story.I am using the H264/AVC Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework).

PC Specs:
Processor - AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
Video - AMD Raedon RX 6800
Ram - 32,0 GB

The PC is new.
 
My guess is a plug-in.
If you stop the app, but OS says instance still running.. then OBS still running (most likely crashed, or close to it).
Lowest settings won't help if a plugin, or one of your settings causing OBS to crash. Or a driver issues. lots of possibilities

The log file shows only Windows 10 21H1 and I don't have any creash reports.
