Question / Help When Recording I get lag in my Game

When I record a game I get lag.

System Specs:
OS: Windows 10 64 Bit
CPU: AMD FX 4300
Graphics Card: GTX 1050

I have the Output and input both at 1080p

and the FPS At 30fps

Bitrate for Recording is 10000
