When recording, Audio automatically added to mp4 file

I can't figure out why an audio track is being added to my mp4 file when recording. All I have chose is "Display Capture" and when I go into preference, I have all 6 global audio devices disabled. Under advanced, I have monitoring device set to Default but don't know what that means.
