When recording a video, the colour on my subject changes from normal to blue all the time

I am recording a series of videos using a green screen and 3 studio lights as lighting, all of about 6000 Lum brightness. My screen is evenly lit and I also have some daylight coming in. The problem is that the color on my subject keeps changing, from normal to blue and back again all the time and I think I have seen green once or twice as well. I have searched everywhere online for a solution but it seems like I am the only one ever to experience this problem. I am using an HD webcam (wide-angle) installed in the back of a teleprompter.

My system has Windows 10, with 8gig RAM on an i5 Lenovo. I have spent more than 180 hours trying to fix this but to no avail. Please help.
