When opening up OBS my computer monitor sometimes freezes. I can still hear stuff and click on things but my monitor is not updating. I have never had this issue until a few days ago and I've updated my OBS to the latest version. Sometime I can open OBS multiple times without it crashing.

I attached some of the latest logs.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this. To run OBS as Administrator, right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. One of the configured encoders is not recognized. This can result in failure to go live or to record. To fix this, go to Settings -> Output and change the 'Encoder' option.

If still having issue, post one log of the issue. You can upload the current or previous log file by going to Help > Log Files. Then post the link here.

It looks like the HAGS fixed it. Thanks!
