I have two monitors, my main one is 240fps and my alternate one is 60fps
When I enable the preview and have OBS on my 60fps screen at the same time, Minecraft (the application) feels like its 60fps, but my main monitor still updates at 240fps, and Minecraft says its running high above 60fps. It only happens if OBS is on my 60fps screen though, because when I put them both on my main screen, Minecraft is smooth.
I have some custom docks, one for Youtube's Live Panel, my friend's Twitch stream, and my Twitch stream. I have a 7800X3D and an RTX 4080 Super, so I don't think it's a hardware limitation, but I could be wrong

Let me know if any more details are needed
