Bug Report When my AVerMedia LGP is active, opening any video source property windows freezes OBS

I see its working with obs-studio, any word on it getting native on OBS?

Unlikely. Development has largely ceased on the original OBS, since it will eventually be deprecated, so it would be a waste of time.
