Question / Help When is the ElGato HD60 issues going to be Resolved??

Hi Ive researched alot before I posted this, elgato Hd60 has been giving me a headache and i kno elgato is known for audio delay but this is beyond a slight delay haha. ive tried to set a audio/video buffer delay to only have it desync over time. Im wondering if this issue is being worked and an est time when this will be fixed because I'm considering buying Xsplit just because im tired of waiting to use a product I bought a month ago. In xsplit i have no problems what so ever but i cant use 60fps unless i pay. I understand OBS is a free software, just wanna hear some feedback if this is gonna be fixed soon or should i buy premium xsplit. Thank you. All info regarding my issue is helpful.

First, could you please tell me what specific issue you're having? Your post seems to indicate that you're having issues with delay.

Are you referring to audio sync issues with the elgato itself, or are you having difficulty configuring the delay/sync for your mic/webcam to match the elgato?

If it's the sync issue for the HD60 some people are experiencing, I can probably find the older working elgato drivers for you if needed. It's an issue with their latest software version.

If you're having issues configuring the audio delay, then please let me know and I'll try my best to help you configure it.

However, there is one big flaw that OBS has when using the elgato -- desktop audio syncing (i.e. skype, teamspeak, etc). Right now OBS can not modify the desktop audio sync to match the elgato without a *lot* of pain. That is a flaw in OBS, and we will be fixing it in future versions.
