that is because you downloaded a 64bit software package on a 32bit computer. i don't know if there is a 32bit version of version 28, but there is for 27, give this a try: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-s....2.4/OBS-Studio-27.2.4-Full-Installer-x86.exe
