Nivida Geforce GTX 980

Driver Version: 388.13

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz

5.96 GB RAM

1920x180, 60GHz
 
I would predict, that an old i3 CPU (2 cores, 4 threads) can't handle x264 encoding, especially not in 60fps 1080p.
