So when I record any type of video in OBS and view it afterwards it appears to flicker every 5 seconds, and by flicker I mean it becomes very pixelated for a split second and goes back to normal, it's very annoying and it makes for a bad viewing experience. I've left screenshots of my OBS settings, please point out anything wrong. I have also left a log file, I don't know if it will help but it usually does.
