Question / Help When I stream On Youtube/Twitch My Stream Is Low Quality

When I stream On Youtube/Twitch My Stream Is Low Quality even minecraft is. I will upload a log file and please only just say the settings it needs to be in please. Also if you fix the problem you will be shouted out in my youtube channel.

There is no problem here 720p60fps at 2000 bitrate will look like crap, for high motion games to get decent quality you would have to use like 5500 bitrate
