Question / Help When i stream Low fps on League of legends

Hi everyone,
I come to see you for a little problem, when I stream with obs, i ram when I play league of legends.
Without stream I turn to 200 fps, when I stream the fps is 50 fps.
My cpu is used 100%.

logwise it looks fine ... but since you are playing and streaming on an i5 i'd recommend downscaling by 1.25 and see if it helps if ot downscale by 1.5
