When I stream I get lag on my monitor and fps

So when I stream and I have OBS open like a tab I get fps lag and monitor lag like its all choppy even though im getting 240fps, but when I minimise it and i'm still streamming keep that in mind I get no FPS lag and my monitor isnt choppy either.

Please help asap I have a god pc already lol

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

That literally didn't help anything, I don't think you understand what I mean

OBS maximised on my screen - on 2nd monitor https://prnt.sc/1pghirl right now im currently feeling my monitor feel very choppy and getting 180 fps right now yet it feels so choppy and weird on a game.
