Question / Help when I start up OBS Studio in game starts to lag/stutter

I was wondering if anyone could help me with setting up my OBS Studio. I've tried to do it myself with the old settings I had from my last computer but it doesn't work. When I start up OBS Studio in game would start to get really stuttery/choppy (League of Legends, Overwatch, ect). I'd like to know what im doing wrong and what I need to fix to have it running smoothly.
