Question / Help When i start streaming i get really bad lag spikes.

Hey,

So i have this bad problem where when i stream i get terrible lag spikes.

My PC specs are:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 8GB DDR4
OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 10

I get this lag all the time, it stops me from streaming a lot.
