So I recently formatted my PC and I know have the craetors update. Now when I start OBS, OBS use about 6% CPU and System use about 10% CPU!
I use a i5-4690k CPU and I use the ENVENC encoder. I have tried disabling Fullscreen optimization on the OBS exe because I read somewhere that can cause problems with the creators update. I have also tried to disable Game mode and Game dvr and all that stuff!

A few questions:
Is streaming in 60 fps much more demanding for my computer?
Do using a lot of media source, alerts, webcam make OBS use more CPU?
Anything else I can do to make OBS use less CPU? :P

Another question!
If I use on 60hz monitor and one 144hz monitor, should I plug my 60z monitor in my motherboard and 144hz monitor in my GPU?

Each Alert browser / webcam will use more CPU. 10% CPU for a quadcore core is not that much.

Disable your webalert and webcam and watch your cpu usage drop a bit.

So I kind of solved the whole thing with system using a lot of cpu when OBS was open by actually removing my scenes in OBS. Something with my overlays and stuff was doing it! Weird!
My games while streaming now feels a lot better but still feel like I get slight stuttering in game while streaming.
When I play Paladins my ingame fps is pretty good, like 90ish but still feel slight stutter.

yea was a scene, but all the sudden???? just like that? got my game, webcam, and im at 8% cpu usage, insted of 35%. on start up.
