Question / Help When I run my OBS Studio in the background on my second monitor the frames drop to the 30-45 fps

i just downloaded obs and did the auto-config wizard and now my frames drop. i had another version of obs and it did the same thing. i also had to use display capture because the game capture was not working here is the log file.
