When i record with obs i have micro lags and stutters! Question

When i record with obs i have micro lags and stutters! How do I fix this?

My specs:
RTX 3070 ti
Ryzen 5 5600x
16GB ram
Obs is on SSD

Restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

Change your refresh to a multiple of 60 * (i.e 120 ^)
This should reduce the inherent stuttering that obs has with a mismatch of refresh/recording rates.

Are you recording to an ssd too?
CQP shouldn't be less than 15.

Do not use the custom muxer settings unless you know what your doing. Research first.

refresh=165 ! You must set monitor 120hz in windows! And limit in game fps to 120! if not help welcome to AMD ( fTPM ) stuttering world!

p.s. i never buy amd,cpu,gpu again!

Change this to 60 or 120

as @52rpm has stated there is an ingrained stutter on AMD CPU/Boards, the latest bios update has fixed most of my stutter issues now.
Or you can turn AMD fTPM OFF in Bios (as you're on Windows 10 anyway)

Why should I turn off Hardware GPU Scheduler? And what is wrong with AMD CPU?

Also, a streamer/youtuber named OtzDarva and he has amd cpu too and worse pc than me, but hes recordings are alright.

Each one of this sources must have its own scene:

Do not record on mp4, use mkv instead and then remux it into mp4.
Try CQ level 16 or 17.
And just for funcies, restart the computer. Do not just turn off and on, do a restart from the windows menu. Windows save a lot of things to speed up the next start and this may cause issues from time to time.
Also, windows update some times tend to change some drivers, including video drivers. To solve this you have to do a proper (clean) reinstall of the driver. With nVidia you simple launch the installer and select custom install, then in the lower left corner check the box to perform a proper (clean) install.
