When I record Apex legends game runs smooth but the recording is at a low fps.

Whenever I look at the recording that I have, it seems to be at 30 FPS and not 60FPS which I would prefer. I have been trying to fix this for 2 days and I have not found a single solution to my problem. Any solutions that might actually work, or any answers as to why its recording at 30 FPS or less?

Ryzen 5 3600
ASRock B450M/ac r2.0
8GB DDR4

The video is recorded at 60fps. No issues showing a different thing.
Which video player are you using to playback the file? Have you remuxed the mkv?
And you need 8GB more of RAM.
