Question / Help When i preview stream the "stream quality" indicator is green, when i go live it goes red and i buff

My stream was working fine two days ago, and now it will not stop buffering. The only setting i changed was my voice input from default to the jack that it was plugged into in OBS. i can give you more details if needed and i hope i did the log part right. welp it was too long so i hope this is what you wanted http://pastebin.com/Um96viR3

In order to stream with your current settings, this tester needs to give you a bandwidth result over about 4000kbit on the server you're trying.

when i test on comcasts site i get 59 mbs download and 4.9+mbs upload, and again it was fine 3 days ago now. and my computer says that file is bugged the one on that site
