When i press start recording/start replay buffer sometimes my game would go to 40fps or drop frames like crazy on the recording.

Hello, so as I said in the title, when I try to record, the game locks to 40fps or the video will have dropped frames. However sometimes is completely fine.
As settings: I tried simple and advanced, lowered the resolution to 1080 as I have a 1440 monitor but the same issue happens.
I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and an RX 6600.
I attached the logs so maybe someone can help me, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Alright, so the culprit after further investigations seems to be my second monitor an HP E201 60hz in portrait mode, because when I switch to monitor 1 only, the problems doesn't occur.

Can anyone take a look at the log files? as it seems that everytime when i put a second screen, no matter the brand, the problem happens.
