Question / Help When I open OBS, there's an echo.

It only appears when I open OBS and the delay is about 1 second. In my Mixer I have: Audio Input (which is my mic), Cam (which is muted), Desktop Audio and Mic/Aux (which is muted. If unmuted its a triple-echo). Whenever I speak, the Bar on "Audio Input" rises and after a bit, when the echo comes, the bar on "Desktop Audio" rises. So the echo comes from there.
If i mute OBS in my sound menu on Windows I don't have the echo anymore, but the Stream can't hear any in-game sound nor music I play from Youtube. I also have all the devices on "monitoring off".

Here is the log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/6iXSyeWpId4tax8Y

I feel like I tried everything but I can't find a way to fix this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also: I have been streaming for a month prior to this issue and then it just appeared out of nowhere. The problem occured first, when I plugged in my webcam for the first time and started streaming with it, although the problem has nothing to do with the cam

The problem actually has everything to do with the cam, remove the "Use Custom Audio Device" in the Webcam source properties, you are double dipping your Microphone input.
