When i open obs i feel the game with 20fps when i have 200fps+ PLS HELP

i do streams of league of legends and i dont have problems with that but if i wanna do streams of minecraft when i open the obs i feel the game with 20fps and laggy and i have 200fps+ PLS help I tried that minimizing the obs and the problem persits pls help:(((((
Specs:
Ryzen 5 3400G with radeon graphics vega 11
16GBRAM 2x8 3200mhz
pls someone help:////
