Question / Help When i move my stream gets pixelated.

The Log file is not complete. The part where you stream is missing.
In your case I would guess that your bitrate is way too low + you use an old version of obs studio.

Where can i get the full log file? Sorry, i'm new to this.
And i just updated OBS like yesterday?

Just start a stream for like one or two fortnite games, stop the stream and then upload the last logfile. Everytime you start obs a log file is generated. Even if you dont stream.

If your OBS dont update automatically please download the latest version here.

Backup your profiles and scenes just to be sure.

Here we go:
14:39:48.158: [x264 encoder: 'streaming_h264'] settings:
14:39:48.158: rate_control: CBR
14:39:48.158: bitrate: 1500
14:39:48.158: buffer size: 1500

You're bitrate is way too low... even for 720p/30fps. you should have at least 2500kbps for 720p/30fps and 3500kbps for 720p/60fps. Maximum for non partnered streamer is 6000.
You can test your upload here: http://www.speedtest.net/de

My download is: 205.34 Mbps and my upload: 17.71 Mbps. What bitrate do you recommend? And also, when i stream, i set OBS to max 30 fps, and when i set my game to 30 fps, its all good. But when i set my game to 60 fps, OBS lags, but my game doesn't?

Then you can set 6000kbps without any problem.

OBS is heavy cpu intense. Maybe it's right on the edge. Means that your pc can still handle the game but not encoding anymore.

Then you either go with 30fps or select a faster preset in the output tab. "Veryfast" is the default setting. Try superfast or ultrafast on 60fps and check your stream. But you will lose quality.
