When I launch OBS my GPU resets (shuts off and the screen goes black) then it comes back and crashes

Hello, I've been having an issue with obs. When I launch it the screen freezes and goes black, then it comes back and sometimes obs crashes.
I need to know what is causing this, I tried reinstalling GPU drivers and it still happens.
