I've been streaming League, H1Z1, and CS for awhile now but these past days I couldn't stream CS due to frames dropping to 30%?

Heres my logs: http://pastebin.com/M9nKApBX

I'm 40 download and 5 up.. Please help, thanks!
PC Specs:
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: Intel i7 6700K
RAM: 16GB Ram
OS: Windows 10 64-bit

1. Please consider upgrading to Studio. Classic is dead and no longer supported. You can have both installed at the same time with on ill effect upon one or the other.

2. Use the Twitch Bandwidth Test to find the best Twitch server to stream to. You can also click the Share Result button to upload a screenshot to Imgur, which can then be copied and pasted here.
