Question / Help When I hit Escape, the stream stops.

It does not matter what window I'm looking at. I can have it on the same screen on in a different workspace. When I hit the Escape key, obs-studio stops streaming. I have i3 as my window manager.

What hotkeys do you have set in OBS?

Problem solved, wow. The actions that I had bound were start streaming, stop streaming, start recording, and stop recording. I wanted to prove that that wasn't the problem so I cleared the binding on those four. That's when it stood out to me. The entry for stop streaming (discard delay) still had buttons for revert and clear. The other actions had these same buttons grayed out. I must have bound Escape to stop streaming and never noticed. The text box is still empty if you bind to escape.
