Question / Help when I am trying to use my headset..ERROR

Hello,

When I am trying to use my headset razer krakan 7.1, there's an error "Cannot initialize desktop audio sound, more info in the log file."

Kraken drivers prevent them from being recorded, it's some sort of bug that they *still* have yet to fix. There's a workaround, I believe you need to completely disable the kraken application and kraken launcher and stuff, and then restart your computer. Possibly even uninstall any razer stuff.
