What's your recommended OBS setting with this detailed specs

Hi guys, I've been trying out alot of settings in OBS which I think doesn't fit my specs for my PC. I would appreciate it if you guys can recommend a setting that can work particularly with mine - for both Streaming and Recording.

At this moment, we focus on recorded gameplays (Valorant) - but we're considering to stream soon. Thanks in advance!

PC SPECS:
Monitor: Dell 22 Monitor - P2214H (1920x1080)
OS: Windows 10 Pro
CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G + msi a320m Pro
GPU: Radeon RX 480 8GB XFX
RAM: 16 GB (2x8) DDR hyper x fury 2666mhz
SSD: 240GB
HDD: 500GB
PSU: Raven 500W 80 Plus

Yes, so far it has suggested to use my GPU instead of CPU for the Encoder which really improved the recording quality. However, I had issues recording Valorant wherein I noticed that when I reach around 18-20 mins, Valorant crashes. So when I repull up the game, and resume the recording the CPU usage now goes around 20-30% usage, when it was only around 5-9% before it crashed.

Not sure if it's an OBS issue though, but it doesn't happen if I'm just playing Valorant. Also at this time, I've posted an inquiry on Valorant support page explaining the error code I'm getting (Error Code: -102 or -104) and is yet to receive a response. So at this point, I'm just really trying to pin point if it's an issue with valorant, OBS or just my PC.
