Hello.
I'm trying to setup my stream on a new PC, but I can't seem to get the quality right, because comparing it to my friend my stream looks like a pile of pixels :D
My stream:
x264
1080p30 downscaled to 720p30 - Lanczos
3500 bitrate
High process priority
veryfast preset
Main profile
https://www.twitch.tv/poje_bunny/v/59971161
Also an upload of the "stream recording" with faster preset:
https://youtu.be/AAQDt81yz9M
His stream:
x264
1080p30 downscaled to 720p30 - bicubic
1800 bitrate
Faster preset

I've also added a latest log.
My Specs:
i7-4790K
MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G
16GB DDR3
Asus Maximus VII Gene
750W PSU
His specs:
i7-4930k
MSI GTX 650 ti
16GB DDR3
Edit1:
I've set my frames to 60 which improves image fluidity by a lot, but it still looks like shit, is it inevitable?
