Question / Help What's wrong with my OBS?

As i said, what's wrong with my OBS? most of the time i don't lose any frame, but my stream freeze for 1 or 2 seconds (even if i'm not losing frames on obs)
I have a separate connection to stream (here is the speedtest)

And this is the twitchtest with different servers (i use Frankfurt)

I was streaming with 3500 Bitrate, tried to lower to 3000 but i still have the same problem.

Is it plugged into the 1st PCI-E Slot above the battery?
