Question / Help What's the maximum quality i can get with no lags

Hi ! I got a new Pc recently and I Want to know What configuration I can get without lags and buffering at the maximum setting I can get I got a

Fx 8350 (stock no overclocking )

Msi gaming 970 motherboard

8gb Kingston hyper x fury ram

Asus Gtx 970 Strix (soon I will SLI )

And I want to know HOW does popular streamer STREAM without delay

Assuming you want to stream to Twitch and are a non-partnered caster:

720p, 30fps, 2000kbps, x264 Veryfast preset.

Don't SLI unless you plan to switch to OBS Studio; the way the memory pool is managed in SLI doesn't work well with OBS Classic.

Popular streamers are likely partnered. Delay will ALWAYS happen. Minimizing it is a question of money for equipment (and not AMD; there's a reason most major streamers are on Intel i7 machines, or standalone encoding systems), balancing bitrate, and ensuring the cleanest possible route and connection to the Twitch ingests.
So that's a big question, and not an easy one to answer.
